Delivery
Delivering products you’ve ordered over the internet can sometimes be painful, but if you’re the parent of a young child, this ought be easy by comparison. For deliveries within Australia we use Australia Post’s regular parcel post service. Delivery cost based upon your delivery postcode and the size of your order will be automatically added to your order at the end of the order process. Orders will take from 4-5 days to be delivered from when your order is received (we don’t quite make each Milkooler by hand, but we have a day job – Milkooler isn’t making us millions yet). We’ll email you to let you know your order has been shipped. We’ll even deliver to Post Office Boxes, but you need to also give us your residential address for billing purposes.
Overseas Delivery
If you are prepared to buy something online from somewhere as far away as Australia, it’d be rude of us not to try and deliver it to you. We deliver exclusively through the very reliable Australia Post, and we’re happy to ship to New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, UK and Ireland, Canada and the US. We’ll deliver to residential or business addresses. We’ll even deliver to Post Office Boxes, but you need to also give us your residential address for billing purposes. Australia Post Airmail takes between 10 and 15 working days depending on the destination. Sorry, but we’re unable to track Airmail shipments in transit.
